Bullshit at 2:55 with the pressure points for a choke defense. Tuck your chin as best you can to alleviate the pressure, while striking. If you're able to, tuck your chin before the person gets their hands on your throat. Why would you rely on pressure points to defeat a choke, when striking is far more effective?
