I found about these planks through squat university’. However my left side was far worse than my right, these alternatives to the plank really helped strengthen my left side
I learnt the Copenhagen by chance right before an ankle injury. This is ridiculously effective cuz groin affects the entire kinetic chain to the ankle and arches... so this is really helpful! and your form is very impressive. Thanks
