That’s z-1 motor has so much more power doesn’t seem like it’s running right. I had the same motor but never installed it ended up selling the motor but I have friends that have the Z-1 crazy fast. 👍
Those little vacuum pumps are handy. Never used mine for brakes, but was good for helping a Diesel APU get a prime after doing some fuel system work on it. Shop guys always had trouble getting the APU running after service, but a few minutes with the pump and I'd have it running.
Spray down 9 lives with some lemon pledge. I had sun faded mud stained plastics. Coat of pledge let it sit in the sun for an hour and jet black. No wiping, doesn’t stay oily, repels dust and mud, doesn’t dry out plastics like petroleum based products, and it’s cheap.

38:35 sounds like it was lean popping not the Rev limiter. Double check your wideband sensor . It may be giving you a false positive. Throw some more fuel at it and see if it goes away.
Evo didnt believe in high rpm limiters. Always had that problem with my evo turned sled. When these come out off the 2 step they over rev a bit for a second. Also could be sacked out clutching from sitting not helping the matter
Agree with you that Artic Cat is having some trouble as a company. I have a Stampede 4X, great machine, but absolutely no aftermarket support. Still in stock form it goes where all my other machines go on the Colorado trails.
Prob too late but these kits usually had a hard plastic cone like tip that would jam into the inside of the bleeder instead of going over it which was the issue with the one man bleeder kits we used to sell
You guys should make a mount for the radiator to go between the back role cage arms. Like the guys do that race utvs do. Buy some slim chance you blow a radiator hose or cap and there is people sitting in the back seats they will not be having a good day getting sprayed with very hot fluid. That’s one of the reasons why racers mount there radiators above where the bed would be so they don’t get burned and also protect the radiator from a collision
Change the plugs. Doubt the wires are bad but changing them wouldn't not be a good idea anyway just to be sure. Also... Old gas could be half the issue Love the vids! Keep'em coming guys
It took me awhile to figure those hand bleeders out but this was my trick to make it work. I had to take all the bleeder screws out of the caliper put Teflon tape on them reinstall them then use a little bit of grease on the rubber nipple on the bleeder. Once you eliminate all air leaks from the screw to the bleeder tool on it works great took me hours to figure this out.
the only way i've had any luck with vacuum bleeders is by packing heavy grease around the bleed screw, otherwise when you open the bleeder the threads leak air!

My suggestion for nine lives... Jack it up put huge tires on it maybe a spare tire second level rack, some portals on it and make it the Arctic Cat mate for mud life I mean the thing can't jump it Cant rail Dunes it can't flat track it can't catch air.. it's a bottom dweller basically with a giant motor in it then you got speed in the dunes you got speed on the trail AND NOW... you got speed in the mud
