Hi why is this prolapse not highlighted anywhere not on doctors notice boards or discussions l've never heard of it until I have got it the Nhs message you to remind you about smears, breast screening, flu jabs, etc but they just let your pelvis fall without giving women any talks about prolapse when you have a smear why don't they mention it how can you help yourself if you have never heard of it I'm not a fan of social media but was looking for information and joined Facebook for prolapse groups they are loads of them with hundreds of people from all different country's suffering but didn't have a clue what it was why is this condition hidden away in silence it's absolutely shocking I'm from. England and there is nothing anywhere about organ prolapse do they think it's ok to let women suffer with this without knowing anything about it all the stages of menopause are highlighted and shouted about through microphones and hundreds of books and information but nothing About prolapse, I have looked so hard for a pelvic floor prolapse therapists called so many therapists that don't cover prolapse I contacted my doctor for help and she just sent me a link to pelvic floor exercises .
