You can control your thoughts with practice. Where we put our attention, we put our energy.
* Positive thoughts are those that elevate our mood, they add to our existence, they put us in a heightened state of mind.
* Negative thoughts are those that take away from us, they drain our energy and put us in a depressed state.

Francisco thank you these are really good suggestions and I am definitely going to do the spell and I just want to say thank you I am definitely going to work on my book and mirrors to all of your advice is really helpful I just need to stick with the plan.
