Hi Nicollete , Thank you so much for your lessons. One question, Why is it that my company (employer) offers a different amount I qualify for than the bank? Like I get a house scheme from there Government ( my employer) that states that I qualify for a house worth N$ 500 000 but than when I went to the bank for a pre-approval I got a different amount . I suddenly qualify for a house worth N$1 000 000.00 . Do you perhaps have an idea on why the increase on the amount by the bank ? Is this something I should be worried about? I would appreciate a response . NB: I am Namibian, our government give us a certain house subsidies/allowances. How does the bank go about working the amount one qualifies for out.Thank you!
