Contract work is a great way for both Flight Attendant and potential employer to try things out before committing to an employer-employee relation. It helps to keep things positive for both parties regardless of the outcome.

Working flexibility is a pro as you've indicated but I wonder if it can also be a con if there is a potential risk of saying no to the wrong Client who might be going down a list and find someone else to become a future "first call" contractor?

There isn’t a cut off point, I have a friend who is 6’2” and she’s never been denied work for being tall. There are some planes that are more comfortable to work on than others. Thank you for watching 😂

It’s a general aircraft course. Most girls and guys working on the planes aren’t flight attendants, their title is cabin attendant.

@@JacquelineTravels That will never be allowed in India. The cabin crew should have to clear the safety training on the type of aircraft they work on.

The pilots are typically responsible for the safety brief and cabin attendants are there for service and some safety. My company focuses hiring former commercial flight attendants because the safety training is much better on the commercial side.
