My girlfriend has hairy legs, arms and armpits. She even has a small patch on her lower back. Her leg hair is thick, dark and her legs look amazing in a skirt. When we go out to restaurants she doesn't get as many stares as you would think. Ironically it's the women that seem to have issues with her hairy legs. Either way she's an amazing woman.
True. I have had a number of female partners who didn't shave and it was almost always the other women that gave them strange looks or made some little remark. I got the feeling that subconsciously they were thinking " she's breaking the rules" and these guys don't seem to care, in fact they seem interested...
As a very pale girl with very dark, thick body hair. Thank you! I appreciate you! I am on an acceptance journey because my skin is sooo sensitive that I can't continue to torture myself!
As a detail oriented individual, I largely appreciate how in-depth you go into the pros and cons of growing body hair, especially when it comes to the application of products. You neither discourage nor recommend the shaving of body hair to the viewer, but provide positive affirmations for those who choose to grow it out. Truly, you excelled in your execution.
Your arm and leg hairs look beautiful. Please don't be discouraged by people who don't know to appreciate natural beauty. I don't know why society has become so fussy about natural beauty these days. Back in the 90's it was very common to remain natural. My respects to you.
Loved this video. I'm also on the hairier side, so I know the struggle well. I do feel slightly self conscious when I wear shorts or capris and I have hair on my leg. But I'm learning to power through that discomfort hoping it'll reduce with time. It's a little bit harder with underarm hair. I agree with you on the sweat thing as well as the moisturizer thing. Also happens with deodorant - I feel that it's less effective when there's underarm hair. I wish there was a little bit more representation of women with body hair out there so that it becomes a little more normalised. I hate that young girls will also have this same idea and self consciousness drilled into their heads even in 2021.
I completely 100% agree with you on this!! And yes deodorant as well - though I feel like when it comes to spray, they burn a bit more on waxed underarms :/ I'm hoping that my nieces growing up will never have to worry about things like this and I;m so glad you're onboard this as well :)
Mythreyi, your post was interesting. Body hair on women is attractive. You can comfortably wear shorts, capri or mini skirt with leg hair. More and more women are now growing their body hair- under arm, arm and legs and wearing sleeveless tops and short dresses. When you go out,be confident and not apologetic. You'll feel fine. best of luck.
@@brandonallen3289 Good to hear that your girlfriend is confident exposing her body hair. Its great that you also like it. As you said, I've seen hairy women in shorts and mini skirts and their hairy under arms, arms and legs do look amazing. Many women want to do this, but scared of society. Its good that Mythreyi is out there with her body hair and it will be an encouragement for other girls/women too.Wish you both good days and a great time ahead.
I love this girl so much and I’m so glad to know that so many girls go through this too! It’s totally normal and it is perfectly fine to have it. Girls, love yourselves and embrace your bodies! ❤️ we are natural and we are real, remember, don’t strive to be perfect but strive to be real. We are all beautiful 💞 don’t change to fit anyone’s standards ever. Thankyou for this video! :)
I have never shaved my hairy arms or legs and honestly never felt the need to. Sometimes you think the world judges you for it, and maybe some do but body hair is normal and girls, half the people who you think judge you for it are probably thinking about their own life problems 😂🤣. Don't let it feed your insecurities. Body hair is normal.
True that. I stopped torturing my body and face too and it got so much better. It took me so much time to accept my body coz of bullying. I am glad now I am having better people around me.
I am a guy searching to see how to improve body hair growth however it is sometimes genetic and natural based on the body type, and I learned I don't need to be like a bear to call myself a man, however, I agree with everything this girl said on this video, with respect. I did have the right opinion for women with body hair and I always spoke it's okay and even beautiful to be natural all over unless the girl or woman herself needs some seasonal comfort or otherwise to remove some of the body hair. Overall it is totally okay and just be confident! I have seen friends and colleagues being confident about it to a level they almost wear all types of outfits without waxing dense hair growth! Stay bold! Cheers to all! Salute to all women!
I’ve had body hair for 2 years, almost 3, and for the armpits I just apply deodorant and shower as needed. The deodorant sticks to the hair and helps fight off bacteria and odor much better than when I used to shave
Thank you for sharing your experiences so openly. Love the way you analyse and explain your emotions and reasons for not shaving. It's always great to also hear other people say that hair on women is normal. You make it seem like a really great experience. I have been on my own not-shaving-journey for roughly half a year now and have never regretted the decision to stop shaving once. :) I hope that in the future female body hair is more and more normalized and accepted and that the stigma changes. All the best from Germany. Stay safe!
If movies and media started showing the women with body hair that will reduce the school bully so much. I hope I born in the world where people have no problem with girl having body hair and facial hair.
Ultimate display of confidence. People are so Ignorant. It has Nothing-to-Do with Hygiene. If you are Clean ( then you are clean ) Period . . . End. I once dated a Taiwanese Girl, who had underarm hair, (among other places) and she was one of the Cleanest, best smelling, most Beautiful women on the planet. " All Natural - Everything is very sexy. " oNe LovE from NYC
I loved this video Satshya! There is nothing one should feel disgusted about. It’s the most truest form of being you in your own self❤️ Thank you for sharing this message. It is sooo much important to let people know to normalise these things and not just ewww about it... Love and Power to you❤️
@Surabhi Nair You are right. If you are hairy, nothing wrong in showing it. In fact many women are doing it now. The Hollywood actress Penelope Cruz, who is Spanish, often posts her pictures in sleeveless dresses exposing her thick under arm hair.
And I totally agree with your opinion..having never waxed in this lifetime - and I'm 30 - I'm glad to find out the money I have saved . I just didn't because I felt body hair is a mammalian characteristic. I'd shave the parts which needed shaving. And that's it
I have just been following on insta for sometime, didn’t know that you were preaching about self love and taboo topics like this. So much respect for you, just though you were a jolly fun linguist. But damn am I surprised. Please do more videos like these💜
I have just never shaved my body hair But i was very very insecure about it But the other people how come to normalise it were having really less and thin body hair but mine is thick and dark hair I really better now So thank you sooo muchh
Thanks for your video.. Your video is really genuine.... I'm felt like I was normally having a talk about body hair with my sister in a room sitting in the bed 😄😄
I think everyone should do for themselves what feels right. For me, I rarely shave my legs in the winter, but I do in the summer, and I must admit, smooth legs feels good, especially against the sheets in bed.
I'm one of those hairy girls! My facial hair has especially bothered me and still continues to. Probably, it'll take some time till I completely accept it as a part of me!
Same here girl, I have thick beard on my face and during my college days boys used to make fun of it (they didn't mean it seriously, like they were just teasing me) and that's when I started removing it through pain. I did not realise then it was not body hair that I needed to remove it was my insecurities. I did it now. My mom and even brother asked me to remove but I don't. Don't listen to such people. You are going great. You know you are right and that's what matters. Life is so much better now and I am more confident than ever.
Hello girl. That was brilliant and so empowering. I have been and still feel low and not so confident to try out my different styles due to body hair, and as you say it is so costly and anxiety associated was immense. I later started accepting myself as this was pulling down my confidence and stagnated me. In love with your video. Would proudly show to my daughter too. I realise I don't have to look good in other people's eyes and what matters most is self acceptance. Loving you even more than before. Thanks. May be could you post on some cost effective budget friendly ways of removal too? And this is only for self satisfaction, now don't really want to take to my mind of what others think of me! XOXO
Men don't really have problem with girl's body hair and they don't give uncomfortable stares but some boys do esp teenagers and that includes both girls and boys. Here is my experience, I don't usually remove my body hair and I have a LOT like a lot I haven't seen on anyone's body not even on men except my brother lol. So in school I got to bullied because of it a lot that majorly came from boys, girls were there too but they abused me verbally. As an adult, it took me so much time to fight off my fear and insecurities about body hair and I finally stopped removing it. Now I noticed that men have no problem with it they don't even care about such stuff sometimes, girls do but they just ask me to remove it or question about it. That's it. It's great that now people care about your skills then looks.
Thank you for this video. I am 12 and hair just started growing and I was like ewwww but after watching this video I am sure that I will not shave secretly with my fathers shaving thing 😂
Well tbh i have the literal same sentiments but sometimes i do shave in summers cuz it's just too sweaty nd all ... BTW i really appreciate ur content on this topic like daaang i like ur way of trying to make an effort to show ppl it's not gross if u don't want it to be.
i waxed my leg hair once nd i have thick hair as well my legs felt fake after that like they were not even mine type of feeling nd i dint actually like the texture nd my non waxed legs felt more smoother nd lively
I am 15 and I have shaved my legs once in my life about 8 months ago and I am not doing it again for that reason. That feeling was terrible and I couldn't stand it, and I like my hair, working on not caring about what the others think of it 😊
Hi, I loved the way you opened up and embraced your body hair. Contrary to the popular opinion, some men, including me love body hair on women. I have heard Saif Ali Khan, the Bollywood actor speak about loving body hair in women on a TV show called Coffee With Karan. I sometimes wonder well, how nice it would have been if this social practice of shaving hair didn't ever exist. Have a nice day!
@@krna3347 Hi, I want to say that people will judge you all your life no matter what for one reason or another. It's a human habit. People have their choices/ preferences. What they shouldn't do is make others feel uncomfortable and alienated with their behavior. Similarly, what we all should do I think is be happy with the qualities/ features you have and they make you special. They make you special but not an alien. Be proud of the person you are and the choices you make. You rock.
@@krna3347 I'm sorry that anyone has given you a difficult time about your body hair. And yes, some of us men find body hair on a woman attractive, and there are men to whom it doesn't matter.
Love your hairy legs- so beautiful- they look so lovely & soft. Good to see more women accepting of their natural body hair. It is feminine (must be if it naturally grows on women) & definitely sexy!
you started it Girl .. go out and it will set a trend .. that's how it is. BTW, armpit sweating is fine , that body's mechanism to counter the heat , you stop smell with fragrance deodorant without aluminum chloride, aluminum chlorohydrate, and aluminum zirconium.like that contains aluminum chloride.
Wowwwwwww lovely, so beautiful. Your are natural beauty queen. I love natural hairy women, Your body hair looks is awesome and also very smart . Take care dear , ❤💖💝 U. Thank you soooooooo much friend. 👌👍
I'm a guy and about a month ago for some reason which I won't say😂, I shaved my both legs. I can relate to that smooth feeling I kinda miss it now, my leg hairs have been grown a lot since then like in about a month they'll be back what they were before I did it all. At this point I don't even know what point I was going forward towards 😂 anyway love your videos, please if you can, upload more. ❤️❤️
I just saw this, can I ask a question? Have you ever wax before you decided to stop waxing?? I mean is your leg hair in this video hair growth after waxing??
I ,as a Male, like it hairy ...let it b d natural way ...no problem ...instead it seems attractive to me..even for waxed legs I imagine how r they if they r unwaxed ...so ithink , no problem for some men at least. It's good...moreover , her freedom of choice shud b respected as well
It is normal but some plp just think its disgusting I have hair all over my body my mom has it too but the difference is she doesn't have as thick hair on her body as me My sister has hair too all over but its still growing and hers is like my mom's hair body she doesn't have thick hair like my mom I usualy think im weird a libg time ago cause none of my freinds or any ANY students in ajy if my classes has any visible hair that is like mien or even my family But here is the thing none of my freinds makes fun of me but they might be in their minds 😀 But you know your hair? Like on top of your head? Many envy my hair just But my hair doesn't fit my face 😀 My face looks super weird but my hair is "beautiful"(thats what plp say)
The question should be what do YOU think, do you feel comfortable with it, do you like it? Don't feel like you need to shave or not, only what you want
You are simply so fantastic and I am very sure that even if someday you choose to grow your facial hair too you will look even more prettier and beautiful , like I always said I am a big fan of yours and since this moment my respect for your has increased even more... Lets catch up for some BONDA , BONDA and BONDAAS someday... 😊 God Bless and have a good life Satshya... ( Is Satshya your actual name? ) Btw, I am just curious, where are you from and what is your mother tongue if you don't mind me asking you please..
