FYI zero sugar pudding is the same if not worse than regular pudding because it has Maltodextrin which has a higher Glycemic Index (“GI”) than table sugar/ glucose. Which means they substituted a sweetener with an even worse sweetener for blood glucose levels.
With all due respect, this is basically a 40+ carb serving of maltodextrin and corn starch lol. Very poor recipe and shameful for someone claiming to be a protein chef (tell folks what’s in these magical boxes of Jello “sugar free” pudding before putting this out there
This is FABULOUS! I have tried sugar free vanilla pudding and cheesecake pudding so far. I only had Quest protein shake powder, so I used that. I will try chocolate next. Thank you!
OMG!!! This is so delicious 😋. I didn't have regular chocolate protein powder. I used PEScience chocolate cupcake protein powder. It tasted like I was eating cake mix.
@@hemalathams4450I am thinking the same thing. The creator Ketogenic Women added 1 Tbsp to cold water to let the gelatin bloom before she added it to her Keto Chow and it made a thick pudding.
Stop worrying about carbs I did low carb to lose the first 20 lbs and realized it was pointless I lost weight just cause I was eating less calories go into a calorie deficit with as many carbs as you desire trust me I am saving you months of torture
That looks awesome! So so happy for all you share!!!!! Can’t wait to try this! Think it would work with just coffee instead of a milk? I’ll try regardless :)
You'll need some bit of "fats" to get the thickening of the pudding to happen- I usually do a cup of almond milk with a 1/2 cup of milk or cream with the sugar free pudding- sooo good!!
@@MrMcMaN thanks! Hmmm think I’ll try MCT oil since any of the milks don’t agree with me May be more like a gelatin than pudding but think still delicious
@@amandatkids854 yeah, I would think that would help probably? I just know when I tried only almond milk it wouldn't really thicken much at all, but when I started subbing a little for heavy cream because it's very low carb also it helped a ton. I'm curious how the MCT oil works!
@@MrMcMaN heavy cream would be delicious though tried the MCT and beef gelatin and yup, like a jello/ gelatin I love it despite not being anything like pudding. Oh well still great!
