This is based on Maria Emmerich’s protein sparing egg white puddings. I like to scramble the eggs as it is easier and … the smell of hard boiled eggs is tough to take.
Make sure- actually, promise me that you won’t try it until the next day. For some reason it has to be very well chilled for that egg smell and taste to go away.
In this recipe I made some of the egg white pudding orange flavored, and some chocolate. You really could use any extract that you like and change it up.
Sorry I did not calculate the macros on this but the entire recipe was 32 ounce carton of egg whites, two spoons of orange extract, one spoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 cup of erythritol, 1/4 of a cup of cocoa powder and 4 teaspoons of NOW brand beef gelatin.
