Because it's probably pretty demanding to make them, having to design them from the ground up, and it's a nice feature. I would say i highly prefer having 17 racing-modifiable models rather than none. I understand i could be a bit confusing and i personally wish they had explaind the feature, i was my self unsure of what cars that could be modified.. (Obioulsy) And even what it exactly was.. But once i got to grips with it, i personally really liked it!

I once bought two Acuras NSX and upgraded them different ways to see which one is better RM turned out to be a little better and cheaper.

Yes. Gran Turismo 1 and 2 allow players to race modify 98 percent of all the cars in the game basically.

I have GT Prologue GT5 and GT6

They are, they just aren't designed like the group 3's

I mean aero tuning with bodykits and painting your car with all sort of decals does race modify your car, they just need to let us modify the interiors too! A good example would be the Ferrari BB (Boxer) if you apply all weight reduction, drastic aero tune bodykits, some sponsoring decals, new headlights (usually yellow) and a good fitting spoiler it turns into a race car! Using other combinations could bring you anything like a Koënig Special tune rocking some nice BBS rims or with enough creativity you can make your own build. Could do that with lots of cars if not almost any of them (or at least the good ones, fuck the VGT) like the XJ220, 308 GTB, E-Type, 993 Ford GT '06 and around 150 or 200 more cars that somehow keep alive the spirit of the old GTs that we love so much.

Depends, when you're not good at tuning, the racemod helped me twice. These cars have good traction and suspension and grip without any settings changed. But then again, that was GT5, and there aren't any season events anymore. I miss GT5 season events.

yeah but you can get a spoiler and on some cars even more in gt auto to get traction. but your right if you aint good at tuning. but gtplanet is a good helper for hard races

You can't buy the RM cars in the dealership (maybe at the occasiondealer when it appears?Can't remember) You can't buy a prius and then go to the garage and change it into a RM (RaceModify) car. You can tune a prius and maybe add some spoilers. The RaceModification in the GT Garage is an option for the cars in this video to get a new kind of car based on the original car. The car gets lighter/faster/stronger/rolcage/bodykit etc. in one purchase.

You can get it in dlc racing pack in gt5 or in dealership in gt6.

As far as i know, this is it. If you have a modified ps3 and hacked the game you maybe could do what that wiki read ( but i think it will not). But i used stock ps3 and stock game.

Pfff, this is a question like a woman, i can think lots of ways how you mean your question. What other cars? dealership? Occasion? DLC? But to enlight you. These are the only Dealer-cars in the game that you can turn into a RM car. The premium dealership cars, can have the option to tuningparts, but not all. Like racecars don't have extra parts or change wheels. This clip is as info, because when you buy the premium stock car and tune it? It drives nice but handles not perfect, you have to change a lot with the suspension and stuff. But if you buy the RM package ( wich costs a lot) The car has suddenly much better handling and grip. sometimes, a RM-car shows up as a gift or at the occasion dealership Also it sometimes popped up at the online showroom, but GT5 ended with all online stuff at 31st may 2014, so that's not gonna happen anymore.. I hope i answered your question. if not, please be more specific with your question.

RM=Race Modification in the garage part of the game, so no other car is named with "RM" in its title After your next replies, i also searched. Everywhere it is stated, there are 17 rm cars, same as in my clip. What i also found is clips with all cars in the game. Have you ever heard of GTplanet? It is the website i found the list of cars, it is also the website i found the list of almost all trophies for Gt5 and GT6. I found that thru google and youtube and the internet. And if i couldn't find it? i would buy every car and try it at the garage, that's what i do. toen je nog online kon met gt5 had je de seasonals (om de zoveel weken een nieuwe uitdaging) die heel veel credits uitbetaalden als je steeds eerste werd. Tevens met steeds inloggen bleef je inlog bonus op 200% staan, dus iedere prijs werd verdubbeld. Nu gt5 geen online support meer heeft, krijg je niet meer de inlogbonus en dus maar 100% en kun je alleen via carriere mode je credits krijgen alleen gaat dat tergend traag.

I think you can see the amount for the kit before i buy and apply it for every car. They are not cheap.
