PS4 Remote Play on Mac / PC FREE

While Sony is working on a PS4 Remote Play app for PC and Mac, here is an already available solution to do that for FREE.
Just install the Android BlueStacks emulator from bluestacks.com , download and install PS4 Remote Play app from forum.xda-devel... and enjoy.

On bluestacks 5 it also works normally I can use bluestacks mapper on ps remote play, will I download from play store using mouse keyboard to play?

Hey. I'm having some issues hooking my ps4 controller up to bluestacks. I am also getting an error where it just disconnects as soon as it starts. Then I get an error message when I try again saying 'An error has occurred (88001011)'. I am running windows 10. I really want this to work but it doesn't seem like its gonna happen an time soon since sony are taking absolutely forever to release their free app and I am not prepared to pay for an app when knowing my luck the free version will be released within a month afterwards.

+Broccoli yay it's pretty tricky to connect a controller to bluestacks. i've presented a solution here (but for xbox 360 controller) -> ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1Ka648b2AZk.html the 88001011 error usually occurs when the app connects to the ps4, disconnects and you quickly try to reconnect although the ps4 didn't show the remote play disconnection message. when it disconnects, just give it a little time (eventually restart both bluestacks and the ps4) and then try to reconnect

When i look for a ps4 device it says that there is an error and the code it 88001011 :S what do i do?

+Massivekillerz- the 88001011 error usually occurs when the app connects to the ps4, disconnects and you quickly try to reconnect although the ps4 didn't show the remote play disconnection message. when it disconnects, just give it a little time (eventually restart both bluestacks and the ps4) and then try to reconnect

When I try to connect, I get this message "cannot connect to the PS4 (88001042)" any suggestions?

+MyNameIsPearson i guess you are on Mac using OSX. Unfortunately it seems the only way to make this work is to use Windows instead of OSX.

no, i'm using the dualshock controller which is connected directly to the ps4.
