the observation where the jury was not taking notes during cross examination is very telling. lawyers in youtube have been pointing out the ambers team has been very aggressive and the lawyers performance also influences the jurys decision whether they like one side over the other.

What the psychology the psychologist is saying is Amber is nuts and Johnny is innocent. I have ptsd severe. People who are nuts don't know there nuts.

Excellent witness. As a forensic psychologist, myself, I had no heard of her. She was excellent in the back and forth cross with Heard's attorney. Very organized, respectful, I would say that the "Doc" has "already sold Ms. Heard out." She offered her opinion about a diagnosis after her very extensive psychological evaluation. Yes, the attorney is not doing a very good job. She's trying but it may be too late. The "doc" was already deposed. Her report was already submitted.

You do not need a degree in psychology to be able to recognize the clear signs of BPD in that woman. Her own recordings show as much. Even the lawyers attempt at basically accusing Johnny makes her look horrible. She has far more characteristics of IVP than Johnny.

The psychologist is full of crap. The rules do not apply to people who are personality disorders. That defense attorney tore her apart because she said (15:00) "isn't it true that victims of interpersonal violence wrongfully accused would feel fear, being wrongfully accused, etc. etc. Wait a second Miss psychologist? Didn't you say that Amber heard has a personality disorder? If Amber has a personality disorder then she may not have any fear whatsoever because people who have personality disorders are by definition not normal. Psychopaths don't have fear People with personality disorders are motivated by different motivations than normal typical people If she is saying that she thinks Amber heard has Borderline Herd has no shared reality - in her mind she is telling the truth because she believes her self to be a victim no matter what. BPD possess a "forever entitled because I was offended or perceived myself to be offended free pass the life" card. Everything is everybody else's fault.
