Man people forget that fall of 93 when Enter da Wu-Tang 36 Chambers, Midnight Marauders, and Doggystyle released people forget to mention Enta da Stage. I enjoyed it just as much as the others.

Shoot, I never forgot it... that was one of my favorite albums of '93... Doggystyle came out in '94, though... Snoop Dogg released "What's My Name" the single in the fall of '93, but the album didn't drop until the spring of '94. Doggystyle dropped during the same season as Illmatic... I'm not sure if it was the same month or same day, but I knew they were close together in drops, because Snoop was peeved that he only received 4 mics in The Source while Illmatic received 5 mics. I remember that time.

@@KtotheG Just looking up the facts and yes we both got some facts right. The What's My Name single dropped on Nov 11 1993 so you are right about that. But I was right Doggystyle dropped Nov 23, 1993. I didn't remember the dates exactly. But I remember the timeframe and I remember it well. I remember staying after school and my cousin JT he was the first dude I knew that had the CD and was playing it in his discman when the after school buses pulled up in front of the school. I was like what you listening to? He hit open on the discman and when flap came up I saw the CD right there. It was late 93 it might have even been Dec when I saw it.

Not to take anything away from what my man is saying but Loud is the house that Wu-Tang built. Before Wu they signed Twista, back then called Tung Twista, and an artist named Mad Kap, and neither were widely known. Then they signed Wu-Tang around the same time as the Alkaholiks... 36 Chambers is the album that actually made that label big... Mobb Deep, Xzibit, Bug Pun, and other artists came out later, after Wu-Tang cemented them as a dominant force in Hip-Hop.

I think he gets more views this way, probably why he splits them up BUT IM with you, I’m a Bootcamp clik fan since Who got the Props & I would sit & watch an entire hour of this straight but unfortunately in this day & time the majority of the younger generation can’t take anything longer than 15 minutes or so.
