I think my favorite part about this is that the burgers will still be piping hot when served! Every time we make burgers at home, whether on the grill or the stove, it seems by the time we get them dressed up and sit down to eat...they're already room temperature (or even cooler than that because of the cold condiments). I'm going to try adding some fried sweet cherry peppers from our garden on them!

I love the idea of this beautifully packaged burger❣️Such an easy way to dress up an ordinary everyday burger. When I make these, I might put all my fixings down on the puff pastry before placing the burger and wrapping it up. Some cheese may still ooze out, but I think I’ll try it out. For an alternative, I bet sautéed mushrooms, dollop of A1 and a slice of Swiss cheese would be good, too! Or you can make pizza burgers, with pizza sauce and mozzarella maybe a few pepperoni. I’ve never seen burgers wrapped in puff pastry, great idea Karen and thank you for sharing!

Yummy. It drops down to 70’s and 80’s then goes back up to the 90’s in northwestern Oklahoma. I love fall. Especially the fall colors and cooler weather.
I've not tried these yet but i believe you may have provided me a solution to fixing Hamburgers 🍔 🍔 without having a heavy-duty Bun. I've used toasted bread instead of heavy Buns for decades... but THIS RECIPE has the markings for a great Hamburger and a lightweight Pastry Wrap all-in-one delightful Puff. I ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ this 💡 idea! Great video Karen! Kenneth was licking his lips 😂, another recipe we are going to try! I think we are gonna put some steak sauce and cheese on ours, Kenneth came up with the idea of pulverizing some onions and jalapeños and mixing it in with our hamburger meat it is not hot with the seeds out but it is delicious! I love my Rada tomato knife. I accidentally bought one for my son and his wife, but it was a happy mistake. So I went and got myself one. I buy my Rada knives at the Mennonite store.
