Ingredients: 2 sheets of millefeuille (puff pastry)
OVEN at 180 degrees for 35 minutes
ITALIAN LEMON MERINGUE 🍋:
300 gr. sugar (2 glasses)
150ml of water (half a glass)
6 egg whites (1 glass)
Juice of half a lemon (1 or 2 teaspoons)
2 tablespoons Cornstarch (optional)
Powdered sugar
Syrup at 115 - 120 degrees

1 sheet of puff pastry (millefeuille)
EXTRA FIRM Italian Meringue! - • Merengue Italiano EXTR...
(If you don't like Meringue or don't feel like doing it, you could also use whipped cream or another cream that you like better)

Ingredients:
2 sheets of millefeuille (puff pastry)
Oven at 170 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes
Italian meringue:
250g egg white (7 whites) (1 glass)
360g of common sugar (2 glasses)
120 ml of water (half a glass)
Optional = 1 teaspoon of lemon-flavored fruit salt, added to the syrup, at the end when you turn off the heat = (can be replaced with 1 teaspoon of lemon juice) = added to the egg whites that are being whipped.
Wilton 1E and 1A nozzles
Syrup temperature =115 -120 Degrees
To decorate use:
Fresh fruit
Blowtorch to lightly burn the Italian meringue
Lime and mint leaves
