Puli manga curry is a popular dish in the South Indian state of Kerala, where it is known as "puli inji" or "puli curry." The dish is typically served as an accompaniment to steamed rice and other side dishes
Ingredients
Coconut oil - 2tbsp
Shallots - 15nos
Green chilli - 3
Salt - 1 1/2tsp
Curry leaves - few
Raw mango - 1C (110g)
Kashmiri chili powder 1 1/2tsp
Fenugreek powder - a pinch
Turmeric powder - 1/2tsp
Water - 1C
For grinding
Coconut - 1C
Cumin seeds - 1/2tsp
Garlic - 2
Shallots -3
Water - 1/3C
Mustard tempering
Coconut oil - 1tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2tsp
Shallots - 2
dry red chilli - 2
Curry leaves - few
Kashmiri chilli powder - a pinch
Fenugreek powder - a pinch
