Pulk Sled 

One of the better dyi builds I've seen on RU-vid. I don't commonly see people recommend wrapping your gear or positioning the cord across the body of the pulk to distribute weight like that. The carabiner clips on the perimeter is a nice touch too, thanks for sharing!

You can also just tie loops of rope rather than carabiners. They rope would eventually fray but it will last awhile.
