i agree, just a shame how the stock coating on the bruce lee x2 mini attracts an INSANE amount of dirt/sweat. 100% the standard coating is incredible but if you have any amount of sweat on your hands (which i do) it feels borderline disgusting to use. i’m constantly wiping off all the dried sweat/dirt off of it and never had this issue with any other mouse i’ve used. aside from that, the bruce lee x2 mini is easily the best mouse i’ve ever used

For the DIYers out there. I've tried Yonex super grap 1.0mm badminton tape and yeah that stuff is crazy. Get some 3M double sided tape and ur good to go. Mind the 1.0mm size it might be a bit much on gripping sections at the very edges. I finger tip and would be unable to drag my mouse downward by squeezing my fingers downwards. If u want to feel like your mouse would never let go in a hanging on cliff scenario would highly recommend.

Just don't buy any light colors -- it gets dirty very quickly, you should forget about buying it in white it'll get real ugly in a couple days even if you wash your hands all the time :-D go for black. For adhesive I use 3M 200MP, it is very thin and works great

the superglide v2's have been holding up very well in case anyone was wondering, i didnt know what was wroing with the v1's i think i had a different sens everyday without realizing why..i was new to understanding mouse pads and skates..the v2's brought me a consistency id never felt b4..switch from Raiden pad to Razer strider for my viper v2 pro, abt to order this tape because the razer stock tape is worn out

I am a grip tape user, but I prefer it to be pre-cut for the mouse. Based on this video, this doesn't seem to be the right grip tape for me. For a really tacky grip, Corepad grips get the job done.

I feel like this is perfect for osu players, the slippyness on the most commonly owned pen is painful and we usually put grip tape. I'll buy this and check if its any good.

I put some clear plastic tape on my mouse sides month ago. It takes a minute for the sweat to kick in, but when it does, it gets very grippy, locking in your grip. I like the simplicity of gloss surface, though you'll also feel every bit of dirt and grime on it. Previously I've tried some scotch magic tape and duct tape, both of which were simply too slippery.

@@hoozwastaken The clear tape I'm using is some random local brand, I mean, it's just glossy plastic. Scotch Magic Tape has a fine matte surface.

Yeah wait until theyre stocked at LGG if youre in the US. They are a totally different feeling to corepads, smooth and sticky. BTL/corepads dont feel grippy in comparison. They are also much easier to remove without the adhesive sticking compared to corepads

I'm personally using tennis racket grips because it also makes any mouse a lot more comfortable for me to grip because of their thickness. It also comes in very cheap and it can be used for couple of months.

@@shelby9807 Hoteline games used 3m 468MP 200MP Adhesive. Buy the sheet and not the roll tape as it will give you more freedom to cut into different shapes.

I do really like it, but... I've been using it for months on my mouse and it feels and works really well. The only issue I have, like you mentioned, is the durability. For me, the stickiness only last around a month.

Wipe it down with warm water. Lasted 5 months before I had to get new ones.

If you use fingertip grip, it can keep your fingers in place. I use claw and it gives me a more confident feeling.

i can recommend using a mouse bungee, but i cannot recommend buying one. i just use a thin metal rod that i bent around where the monitor mounts to the monitor arm. it extends to the right of the monitor and has a loop at the end. just get a little creative.

I think the gameplan that makes the most sense is not covering your $100+ mouse in cheap ass, ugly tape that isn't gonna do what you hope it's gonna do. Just get used to the mouse as is. Save your money. Quit rewarding companies for pedaling useless, pointless trash.
