this looks incredible!! i tried to make a loaf of pumpkin bread recently and ended up with something more nutmeg-flavored, so i might give this recipe a go myself! the art is amazing, as always :)
Ginger is even easier to grate if you freeze it first! I keep my ginger in the freezer, and don't even peel it, though the peel kinda flakes off when it's frozen anyway.
I made this recipe and it came out very nice! If you can’t find raw pumpkin seeds, or just want to try something different, chopped pecans work very well as a substitute. Plain roasted and salted pumpkin seeds also work okay!
I made a loaf and oh my gosh this is the most amazing thing! I baked my own pumpkin and then pureed it and also added some vanilla in the recipe. Didn’t have fresh ginger so I used ground ginger, next time I want to try with fresh. Thanks and wish I could show you a pic of how mine turned out! Autumn and pumpkin are one of my favourite things 🧡
Woah you made your own pumpkin puree! So glad it turned out delicious! If you have an instagram, you can tag me there and I can admire your results!! :)
Ooooh, the bread looks amazing! Bread recipes were always intimidating to me because of the yeast, but I might give this one a try. Always been a fan of pumpkin seeds too! Great job as always :)
A bit off topic, but I created a zucchini muffin recipe and this reminded me of it. They are so good! Pumpkin bread is up there, but I'm partial because the muffin recipe is original haha. Great video, once again! Wish I could have a bite :)
