RECIPE NOTES: If you want a taller dome-shaped muffin, you can add an egg to the batter for more structure (I prefer eggless). Recipe makes 8 muffins. The Thai Tea concentrate flavor depends on how long it is steeped before straining. There may be a small amount of Thai tea concentrate left over.

1 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp flour
🥧 Thai Tea Pumpkin Muffins
100 g brown sugar
57 g melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
212 g canned pumpkin
76 g Thai Tea Concentrate (recipe above)
120 g flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Bake 24-28 minutes at 350 °F.
