Poor Bobby. You could tell he was scared. No wonder his father had a body guard assigned to him. At 1st, I thought Howard was just being overprotective with Bobby. But after seeing this, I understand why Howard took the anger over Bobby's death out on the bodyguard; Howard knew that his son could easily get himself into trouble.
But wouldn't the feds have any sort of obligation to tell Howard what happened, that Otto Krieg was dead on the ground, and his buzzcut henchman killed Bobby when he accidentally aimed at him?
I think this scene is like a change of places in consideration to the comic origin, in the comic one Frank’s family gets murdered because they were at the wrong place/time, while here the reason Frank’s family gets murdered is because Frank WAS responsible of what happened to Saint’s son but he wasn’t supposed to be there, he was unlucky to be at the wrong place/time. Anyways, in both cases is a random act what unleashed the Punisher
Howard Saint is either extremely petty or damn idiot. My son was killed by a russian gangster during a police sting and I'm going to hold the leader of the russian gang responisible for my kid´s death, just because my dumb ass brat of a son went to along to a gun deal.

@@charlespuruncajas9663 Howard Saint should be familiar with police accountability, but then again maybe that's why he wanted Francis Castle dead, because law enforcement can't be held responsible about things like these.
I wondered the same thing. It's on television now but I missed this scene, I saw a 1989 and 2008 version and figured it must be the '89 one with really good quality cause it looked way to old for 2008 (weird this movie from 2004 didn't come up at all though)
