Thank you so much for the video.. I was considering buying this pur filter water because I have been spending money on bottled water. Some people say that this dispenser does not last but seeing your video motivated me to buy it!

hi… do you know how to remove the spigot? i located the horseshoe shaped tool underneath the tank, i’ve just no clue what i’m supposed to do once i attach it, and i don’t want to break it. 😅 any tips? thanks.

Sorry we actually had this for around 2 years and then our fridge died so we got one with a built in water filter. Wish I could be of more help

There is a 3-in-1 filter and a 2-in-one filter. Which one do you use? We are thinking about buying the Pur Plus pitcher and not sure which filter to get.

What do you do if the light doesn’t work? I just bought it and the instructions say to hold the button down for 10 seconds, but it doesn’t light up

There's a light with this? Where? I just had this delivered from Walmart and there is no manual whatsoever, just a quick start guide which consists of a small slip of paper with vague instructions. It said nothing about a filter light and it didn't say if I'm supposed to wash this or not Of course, support is already closed for the day, Maybe this was a mistake on my part? @@makeitranereviews
