Here’s an idea. Mandatory 10 years no probation in cases of excessive speed fleeing. For endangering the public and law enforcement officers. Tack on an additional year for every time the SOB says they can’t breath.

There are two hospitals right beside that interstate that ambulance was most likely enroute to one when incident happened. Notice that no EMTs came forward to assist as they were attending to person in ambulance. That's a busy stretch of interstate during daytime so road crew was doing repairs over night. It's really fortunate that none of the road crew were injured!
