My daughter just turned 13, and she is an artist. She still uses paper and pencil, pens, paint, markers, etc. She has also been learning how to draw on digital platforms as well. People have offered to pay her to draw logos and such for them. Since she is 13 , she is now able to get her own debit card on my account family plan. She will now be able to commission her artwork. She will now start learning the financial aspect of starting a business of her own. My oldest son has got caught in the dreaded college debt but is still working at basic employers that don't even require a college degree. I am hoping that by homeschooling our 2 kids at home still, they will be able to start their own businesses and be their own boss. I felt like they were missing out on so many valuable life lessons going to public or even private schools. I really enjoy your channel and the values you stand for! Nice job! ❤🎉

As a homeschooled (also homeschooling her large family), my daughter teaches every moment of the day. Life skills & the world around them. Age appropriate.

Oh how I wish I had it to do over again, my kids would be home schooled. Life skills are so important. Also, the fact you can be the major influence in their life, not peers or public school. Love your channel. GOD bless

Absolutely love watching all y’all’s content, I too have decided to homeschool, my daughter tested out of the 8th grade even tho she since graduated from city middle school without going the last 2 months, she taking high school online through Penn Foster best investment I’ve made, less stress of bad influences, better understanding of what she’s actually learning now. Love it all!!! She finished 9th grade this summer and is now taking her first break. We love it!!! Y’all are living the true American dream, HAPPY 4th of July 🇺🇸

Girl! We had a van and a granny and we went all over. Their work was in bins and they worked everyday while we were in the vehicle. Never behind. I’m so excited for y’all

Hi Jen! Just wondering if there are online/virtual home school tutors available if the kids are struggling with a concept or subject? I'm curious about the outside support for home-schooled kids if moms and dads are not comfortable with teaching. Any info based on your experience would be appreciated! Thank you Jenn I started homeschooling with Mi Academy this year after messaging you. This is the best thing I could have done for our family 😊 we are doing school all year also. My boys love it... On another note. I just got my order in the mail yesterday. Im starting the mullin tincture today. The comfrey salve is amazing it works on all kinds of aches and pains. Thank you 😊❤

There are several options to help. Jenn talked about Mi Academy at the beginning of the year and I did this with my boys. They love it and so do I. It's a fun way to learn. Edit: this is our first time homeschooling 😊 it's awesome

Zac and Jen just curious when will you have turmeric tincture back in stock? Home school is the best with what school boards are allowing in schools these days it's horrific. Much respect to you both.

We have tried many homeschooling options, but I have never heard of this MI Academy! Right now, we are using Khan Academy, and I love it. This Mi Academy looks similar, but I really like how user-friendly it looks for the kids page! I'm definitely going to check it out, and even though I already set up all their classes for next year, I might just change it to Mi! I appreciate you discussing your homeschooling methods! ❤ Thank you!

We use Mia Academy and Mia Prep as well. I call it Me-Uh. Who knows how to say it correctly. Lol. We do all year too.. ❤ And I 100% get the grade # thing.

will they get a diploma that is accredited and accepted by colleges and the state ? my daughter is thinking about home schooling her kids. is their grants to pay for the supplies cost of home schooling.?one of my daughters did abeka but it proved to be way to much time consuming between classes for 8 hours in front of computer and then home work at night. she had job at the time also.
