These pyramid workouts are great! I can now testify that 4x Reverse Plank Toe Touch 4x Russian Dance Kicks is just as much fun before crab walks as after crab walks.

Hey Daniel, have you ever consider doing workouts with a TRX? Is an item that many people training at home use to have, it would bring more variety to the channel. Great work btw, keep going!! 💪💪

Wow, I haven't had a workout this great in a long time! I don't know what it is but there's something special about your workouts that just makes me push through my mental barriers regardless of how good or bad I feel mentally. Somehow it just always works :)

Hello Daniel your follow along workout videos are great.This one is superb the music really compliments the exercise movements.I think this one is one of your greatest.I am into calesthenics workouts and I end up doing the series of strength training exercises.Please make more Bodyweight workouts like this.Thank you Glenn Boston,USA

Hey Daniel, this pyramid workout was awesome. As usual you are always creative with the different types of movements abd the different plains of motion. Up and down,side to side ,kept me guessing and the heart rate up. Great content. Looking forward to whats next.

A great concept and action as always. When you said "rewind", I almost rewound and started from the beginning! 😊 Then realised that you meant "reverse". The pyramid workouts are awesome. Consider also the "accumulator" in the future as a variation! 😁
