Good to hear your council on Magnanni shoes. That was my gut feeling when I saw them on the discount rack at Winners ( TJ Max ), Even at 150 Cdn, they didn't feel like a deal. PS your station is too sophisticated for mass-market appeal but it certainly is appreciated by those that care about quality.

Vlad, love your channel man. Big ups to you for educating the masses. I have two pairs of Magnannis: an austerity brogue (15 years old) and a chukka boot (4 years). I wore the chukka boots almost every day for 3 years and they still look amazing. I get compliments every time I wear them. The austerity brogues I wear less often, but at 15 years old they still look great. I’m not saying Magnanni are like my Edward Green’s or anything, but I think you’re being too tough on them. Also, both of my Magnannis are Blake Rapid stitched, which is comparable to Goodyear welted. Have you ever owned a pair and worn them for an extended period of time?

Like your honest opinion on Magnanni. I used own a pair, and after a few wears the sock liner peeled off. I found the footbed was made of foam. Yes, white colored foam.
