Hello my friend Jaden! This is Guerry, your American buddy, who has finally been able to write a comment on your video (I’ve been hospitalized for about 2 years +). I have really missed making snide remarks to you. JUST KIDDING! Anyway, let me get on with my opinion. As always, you have the keen ability to render a concise but thorough report of your trip. Thank-you for sharing this with us. Among the things I hope to experience is flying Cathay Pacific. I have never read a bad review about the airline. Furthermore, if I ever have the occasion to travel to Europe from the States, I would be tempted to take Cathay Pacific through Hong Kong and then onto wherever I was headed in Europe. In regard to the airport workers in Perth who did not know Cathay’s flight regulations… Well, what do you expect? Most certainly they are not required to be college graduates and are most likely paid a minimum wage. I guess this is universally true, and I have experienced similar delays when flying in the US. Indeed, the hot food selection in the lounge was woefully pitiful. I would really be disappointed if I had paid $70 to access the lounge and was only able to find some steam table with nothing but the overheated curry. However, alcoholic beverages do make the food taste much better. In regards to the shower facility, do they provide towels, are passengers required to bring their own, or does the person dry himself off with 50 paper towels? That which most distinguishes night flights for me is the way everything looks so beautiful with only street and home lights illuminated. Coincidentally, while you videoed your chicken dinner, I have a huge chicken breast in the oven. I have a recipe for baked chicken (which can be used for turkey also) that can only be described in 2 words: “Yum-Me”! However, the breakfast snack was just enough to make me hungry. For a 6 hour flight, I would have expected a full breakfast. I trust your visit home will include a trip to the giant Buddha on top of the mountain. I am still waiting on your trip report that include your visit there. By the way, I would be interested in seeing your neighborhood. I promise not to unexpectedly knock on your door for a visit. Again sir, thank-you for sharing. Most definitely I eagerly anticipate your next video. Please take care.
nice flight review Jayden.I really liked the fact that in a two hours flight this Qantas 737 was equiped with entertainment screens.That was great compared to that sad panini sandwich.Cheers buddy

Great video Jayden. It's nice to see such great service on the flight. I find it interesting that you don't need to wear masks in the airport but have to on the plane. Hope the rest of your travels went well.
Your domestic experiences are a far cry to what we have here in Europe.... New aircraft, inflight entertainment and some form of snack with a bar, just makes QF such a great carrier. Impressive!
12:06 The switchover to E190 hopefully means a little bit more legroom. The downside is that there are no USB ports and inflight wifi :(. Lucky that your flight has got tv screens
Hi Jayden, have you heard, Qantas recently got into trouble for not having a vegetarian option ? Not sure of all the details , but I believe it was a business class passenger who complained. I have heard they have now "done a backflip" and have added vegetarian options again.
I flew Qantas 738 across the continent last week and the aircraft was filthy. Really disappointed to have to sit in a dirty sticky seat area considering the extortionate price I paid. It has really put me off domestic air travel.
