Hello! I just want to thank you for these wonderful Qigong exercises! Recently, I injured myself while weightlifting. The entire left side of my upper body from the shoulders, back, and hips were in terrible pain for almost a week. I tried every remedy I can think of to ease the pain, but it was unsuccessful. I happened to come across your videos by chance and decided to follow the Qigong for Upper Body Pain Relief. Within 24 hours or so of doing the exercises, my injuries were completely healed! The pain in my shoulders, back, and hips are finally gone! I can also breathe a lot easier and I feel noticeably more energized! This was the blessing in disguise that I really needed and I want to thank you once again!

I'm adding this one to my daily practice. I'm using muscles that I had forgotten about. My bra feels much more comfortable when I"m working on my posture!

That was beautiful and relaxing and I really felt the chi flow. I suffer with arthritis and it was hard on my ankles. Can you do this in the sitting position?
