Thank you so much for personally sharing the link of this video with me because I am so desperately in pain. I’ve had a migraine for two weeks and have been trying anything and everything to ease the tension of my neck and shoulders. Doing your other video has helped quite a lot before bed. Now I get to try this one during the day.😌♥️✨

Hello! I just want to thank you for these wonderful Qigong exercises! Recently, I injured myself while weightlifting. The entire left side of my upper body from the shoulders, back, and hips were in terrible pain for almost a week. I tried every remedy I can think of to ease the pain, but it was unsuccessful. I happened to come across your videos by chance and decided to follow the Qigong for Upper Body Pain Relief. Within 24 hours or so of doing the exercises, my injuries were completely healed! The pain in my shoulders, back, and hips are finally gone! I can also breathe a lot easier and I feel noticeably more energized! This was the blessing in disguise that I really needed and I want to thank you once again!

Thank you! This has helped my frozen shoulder. When I started out I had unbelievable pain, but as we worked I just felt better and better.

I'm adding this one to my daily practice. I'm using muscles that I had forgotten about. My bra feels much more comfortable when I"m working on my posture!

Hi Anatta, thank you. My style was heavily influenced by the masters from the Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China as well as masters from Tibet and Europe.

That was beautiful and relaxing and I really felt the chi flow. I suffer with arthritis and it was hard on my ankles. Can you do this in the sitting position?
