You have no idea how important this type of information is to we who are challenged with pain body issues. I’ve dabbled in qigong but as of yesterday I’m committed daily for the rest of my life. I have one question though. Is it OK to do routines on RU-vid or is it better to join a class or have a master?
I'm so pleased you recognise the importance of these simple Qigong methods. It's best to learn Qigong face to face with teacher to guide you although this is not always possible as good teachers are few and far between. @@juns597 no but I have helped many clients with this condition in my Chinese medicine/acupuncture clinics. Also a number of students in my Space To Relax programme have found regular Qigong practice beneficial in the management of fibromyalgia. 😊
