Quanell X shares details on mysterious disappearance of Rudy Farias 

This woman needs to be arrested BEFORE she decides to do her own disappearing act.

As a survivor of a mother's abuse, I can confirm that a son will do almost anything to avoid the shame of confronting the issue... AND WHEN WE FINALLY DO, THIS SOCIETY DOES NOT LISTEN TO US. As we see here... I told three adults over the years what my mother was doing to me, a teacher, a therapist and my high school vice principal. THEY ALL LAUGHED AT ME AND CALLED ME A LIAR. News flash, mothers can be abusive monsters too.

It's so refreshing to hear someone be as direct and authentic as this gentleman is. Thank you for being an advocate for Rudy. The perpetrator of the abuse does not deserve the title of "mother." Also, if this were a father/daughter situation, the male perpetrator would be UNDER the jail by now.

She claimed he was horrifically abused. She just neglected to say it was by her. This is incredibly heartbreaking.

Quanell X speaks for the missing and abused in Houston, this isn’t his first time speaking to the press giving some details on a case, won’t be his last. If you haven’t seen this man before now, I will say I’m surprised, given he deals with a lot of cases in Houston, child and adult.

The reporter who asked why this young man didn’t run away sooner apparently knows nothing about being held prisoner by a mother or father. The power of control and intimidation by a parent is unique. So many emotions and psychological details involved when a parent is the perpetrator of the abuse. This falls into a special category of treatment that goes on for years. The mother needs to be confined for the rest of her sick life. The reporter who pressed Quanell X to give specific details about the mother’s sexual abuse of her child needs to be reprimanded sternly. No reporter has the right to humiliate the young victim by airing such details to the social media audience. His mother robbed him of every shred of self worth and dignity; please allow this tiny bit of privacy to Rudy Farias.

You start to wonder just how 'accidental' the older son's death was, and what drove her husband/the boys' father to suicide. She is one sick puppy 😢😢

When I worked for CPS, I met a teen who’s Mom who made him take drug charges because he would get less time since she had already been convicted. He still loved his mom despite what she did to him. When he became an adult, he was robbed and killed. I’m sad because he never got a chance to have a fair life. Miss you Anthony!

This woman IS SICK! She needs to be locked up and held on a mental psychiatric hold. What she did to her son is beyond forgivable and disgusting.

You can feel the pain in this mans eyes as he speaks. I hope Rudy finds peace and gains access to genuine help to heal from this trauma. His mother is a sick person who deserves to rot in jail.

I'm shocked too. The MOMENT neighbors said they saw him around his mom's house, I knew this child was abused by his mother/family. I'm baffled that police allowed the mother to be with him before questioning him alone. I'm baffled they took so long to interview him. I'm baffled that they didn't get a search warrant for the home. This had all the signs of an abuse case where the mother was lying about the circumstances. Why the police couldn't figure it out before members of the public did is beyond me, and a shame.

This man isn't lying. He was told this story. And from the Facebook posts about Rudy "acting differently", age regressing, and calling himself a different name (dissociating), it does add up to potentially being the truth.

Rudy lost his brother, and his father, and then when he needed comforted the most, his own mother betrayed him in the worst way possible. He needs intensive therapy to try to cope with that betrayal. I say this from experience. He will never get over his feelings that he is unworthy of ever being happy, that he’s unlovable. That he’s different than everyone else. Nobody came to his rescue when he was being abused, so he didn’t deserve to be rescued. He will push people away because if they really got to know him, they wouldn’t like him. Everyone would be better off if he was gone, and they wouldn’t miss him anyway. The loneliness in his heart, and the need to stop feeling so hopeless and unwanted can eventually make him take his own life. The flashbacks never stop unless someone shows you ways to get through them. These things, I guarantee are standard results of the ultimate betrayal of incest. He can get better and begin to heal but he can’t do it alone. That woman needs to be behind bars and labeled as a predator.

Man, I really feel for the detective's and the team trying to build this case, I truly wish them all the best in building the strongest case possible. Because this is monumental, especially in this technology type of generation. Where situations/news flies faster than the speed of light. At that rate this type of news doesn't just effect locally but globally. My hopes that this case not only ends with justice but a change because inc3st crimes isn't unheard of, but trials of this case seem to be difficult to work with (from what I've seen).

Reporters seriously need to hear the details he said it perfectly. Glad he didn't go into more detail considering the boy had trust in him to say those things.

I interviewed multiple women at Mabel Basset, I spoke to women who murdered at least one of their children. It is uniquely disturbing like no other accounts I can recall.

I hope his disclosure doesn't affect the case. I'm surprised he has declared all this information. Isn't there some confidentiality in place until charges are laid or something?

He is not the first child to be held inside of there home by a parent. There was just a case of a government employee and his wife that held there children and starved them until the oldest daughter got out of the house.😡 They were on Dr Phil show its on RU-vid.
