I’m on week 8 now too and going strong👊🏻 my facial hair pattern is similar to yours, thinner on the sides and quite heavy around the chin and moustache! Hoping for the sides to come in thicker in the upcoming weeks! Beard on👍🏻
I saw that clip too! I was confused because I thought that the video was some sort of weird auto generated content based on my viewing activity. But apparently not, they just picked you out as their beard poster boy lol 😄
Looks like it’s coming in good! I’m trying to compare our progress week by week, because as you know, when you had your big beard...- that’s the goal I’m going after. My version of it of course lol. I’ll be eight weeks on Wednesday; I haven’t tried to grow my beard in 20 years so really don’t know what to expect in regards to being able to grow the beard I want. The center of your lower chin is definitely stronger than mine but I’m hoping time and length will help me in that area. Crazy they used your clips like that!! Hopefully it helped drive traffic to your channel. Looking forward to week 9! :^{)}
I grew out for 12 weeks to see what would happen. An interesting experiment. This morning I trimmed back down to the 6 week mark. This suits me better. A longer beard was hard to maintain and became very neck heavy.
I'm on my week 5-6 I think, hard to tell at this point and I'm growing my first beard! I never left it that lang in my life and I'm 28 soon. I have a lot of hair sticking out, it's hard to resist not to cut them
My beard hair seems to grow far down my neck as opposed to most guys. I can't decide wether to bring the line up and give it some more shape or not. Or just wait it out and see what it looks like once its grown fuller. Grows like 2 inches below my adams apple lol
Week 7 is still long stubble phase. It's best to wait for week 12 or so without trimming, except for neckline and cheekline, provided that it's your first time growing. For the moment, you don't have enough material to make mistakes. If you decide to trim regardless, I would advice scissors over buzzer.
@04:07 I don't know. I think he looks good and would look better if he tidied it up. Clear the cheeks more and cut the bottom line of the beard to get an intentional look.
Rohit sharma I’m 22 and have patches on my cheeks but I’ve heard by 25 you’ve done the majority of growth, just gotta be patient but it takes forever doesn’t it😭
I read that it never stops getting fuller. In your 50's is when it gets thicker but yeah, at 25 or 30 you'll have a thicker beard than what you have right now
I'm 24 now, my beard is muuuuch thicker than it was at 22 with no sign of stopping. No matter what it always looked somewhat patchy. Even compared to a year ago my beard is much more dense. Just give it time, keep up a healthy diet, get good sleep and moderate exercise. Genetics should take care of the rest.
