All this pomp for a movie premiere. The queen mother and princess wearing more in jewels than a common person makes in a lifetime. Then the royals having to smile and shake hands with everyone. But I guess it's not like they have laundry, dishes, and children waiting for them at home. Just very odd.
I agree. It looks silly. Why is the Queen Mother wearing a tiara for a movie premier? I don't believe even the Queen would've worn one for an event like this. The Queen Mother certainly loved flashing her status at everyone.

Some actors in that line-up had nothing whatsoever to do with the film at hand...nice marketing tool by some producers ellbowing in their upcoming stars and films....I did notice that the woman doing the commenting changed subjects very speedily when Sylvia Kristel got presented to the queen mum..😅
She was born with bad teeth and she never had them fixed. Then, years of drinking tea without proper cleaning will lead to horrible discoloration. It's pretty shocking. They were very bad-looking even for her age.
@@ryankanton The Queen Mother was actually a commoner. She wasn't royal. It does look quite pretentious and obnoxious when you consider the mundane activity that they were all dressed up for.
