Helpful Tip: The wavy side of the bobby pin is supposed to go down, to grip the hair. :) I know, mind blown! I used them wrong for so many years by putting the flat end down first, and then learned from some professionals how a bobby pin was intended to be used. Question, what shade and where do you get your Halo hairpieces, strip, whatever? I have worked all my adult life doing anything, buying any new gadgets to get body and volume. I just ordered 4 of your aveda products. I can’t buy at a cosmoprof or beauty supply store, correct? I can buy at supply stores because I have esthetician license.

I somehow stumbled onto one of your videos one night and immediately subscribed to your channel bc I really appreciated how informative you are and how well you explain and take the time to show your viewers the techniques you’re teaching! And since you are a professional, that really means a lot bc you know what you’re talking about! I have learned so many new techniques and tricks from you that I’m using now with my hair and I get a lot of compliments and feel great about myself bc I have thin fine curly hair that’s been damaged by years of dying, heat styling and straightening treatments. I absolutely LOVE your blow dry tutorial and I use that technique now and it’s cut my blow dry time down sooo much plus my hair has volume when I’m done! My hair is also blonde and layered down to about my mid back but now I’m thinking of cutting it like yours bc I think it would make my life easier bc I find myself just putting it up in a ponytail most of the time since it’s so long. Also my hair has a lot of frizz; can you recommend anything to help with that esp in the summer? I live in Virginia and we have very hot and humid summers here and it’s the worst “hair season” for me lol bc all my hair does is frizz out. I had the keratin treatment done twice but then I heard that it’s actually very damaging to hair...is that true? Also, I used to be a Younique Presenter but I resigned bc I really didn’t like their aggressive marketing style at all and a friend does Limelight and wanted me to join her and I was all set to but I saw your video and you talked about Maskcara and so I started looking into it more and I have to be honest, I’m completely sold on Maskcara makeup and I don’t even own any but I absolutely love everything about it! I’m going to email you my pictures to get color matched so I can buy some and I’m pretty positive I’m going to sign up to join bc I’m working on getting certified as a makeup artist and completely obsessed with makeup lol and I love Maskcaras packaging and the fact that it’s all cream based and the interchangeable pallets, etc as well as the double ended brushes! Absolutely beautiful yet natural looking! I saw another tutorial using a hair extension but it wasn't bobby pinned in, it was clipped. I tried doing that but the pressure of the clips all in one tiny area killed me. Never thought to pin the weft in instead. Will try your technique for sure! Thanks so much for sharing, subscribed! XO
