Thank you so much for these simpler workouts Joe. I’m doing your workouts every day to recover from critical illness and being on a ventilator in Intensive Care. I tell my multidisciplinary medical team at the hospital about your recovery workouts. Thank you 🙏 so much

Wow! I’m puffed 🤣. I’m 71 and do your 7 day programme. Thought I ought to try another of your workouts so added this one today. Excellent, thank you! Did more squats as I find burpees too difficult. Appreciate you making these videos available for all of us. 😘

This one was certainly harder than the easy workouts. Sweating buckets. I used to be fit but a back injury has stopped me for a while. Thanks for putting these free videos out Joe. ❤

Help me out i currently have 2 inaugural hernias that i want to push surgery for as long as i can, but im also in need of some weight loss, have you got any that can help me???

Inguinal, I presume. Best to get the surgery over with. They'll only get worse with delay. Incidentally, exercise has barely any effect on one's weight, but is great for general health.
