(You can adjust the fat content according to your needs with skim to full fat milk ~ and also the Greek yogurt). 1 cup milk 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt ( about 10 grams protein ) 1 banana 3 Tbsp almond butter ( also about 10 grams protein ) * If you like really cold smoothies, add a couple ice cubes.
