If your Chris King hub has been skipping from time to time, or if you just have some free time to give your hub some love, this is a great little service to do! Worth noting: this is the same procedure that you'll need to change the axle and driveshell.

Can you do a video of a full tear down using the R45 hub and the Hub Service Kit? i.e. all bearings out / bearings in and reassembly?

The CHRIS KING RINGDRIVE LUBE 2.0 should be used, as it is better.

This is a great and clear video. I never serviced a 'hub' - One reason I chose a Chris King hub (which I bought from AVT) over others was THIS VIDEO as it had all the information I needed as a 'noob' bike user to do this service myself and not rely on an LBS. Clear concise - and I just followed it and completed my first service! Thankyou!
