I can’t say it any better than that subscriber did! You are joyful, lovely & very supportive in encouraging us to try these techniques! A breath of fresh air in my life! Thank you so much! Erica❤oh I forgot to say I loved the bubblegum disco ball earrings best until you showed the flower petal earrings, they are just so super cute!!
Hi, this is my first time watching your video. I like how you explain in detail and show each step. The hoop earrings, second to last earrings, and last earrings are my favorites although several others are also beautiful and easy. Thank you for your tutorial. 💖✨️💖😁🌞🌻
Carol, you do such a good job explaining and showing how to make jewelry! It's helpful to have links showing how to do individual skills making up the earrings.
This is my first time watching any kind of jewelry making video. I appreciate your detailed explanation for someone who loves earrings but has never made any. I'm excited to get started! Thank you for your videos!
That's amazing. I'm so pleased that you will be starting making jewellery. You might find this one useful to get you started. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-JbkWBBTpm-Q.htmlsi=YWM4DxIFa1czFEpL
@@kathleenboylan56 I'm so sorry about that, Kathleen. You can find all the details in the accompanying blog post here: www.affordablejewellerysupplies.co.nz/blogs/beading-projects/diy-jewellery-where-to-start
This was my first "how to" video I have watched. I've been making earrings for years. Wish I watched this video sooner. Fun designs. Left me wanting to see other videos you've done.
This is the first video I've watched by you. Love the video and the projects. I have been thinking of making earrings again. Loved this video. Although I am a long time beader, I love seeing refresher and new techniques. Thank you.
Really beautiful earrings!! Now I finally know what my friend's birthday present is going to be!! Your tutorials are so clear and easy, I'm really enjoying making them. Thank you so much 😄
Thank you so very much. I'm so pleased that you like them. I always think that earrings are so easy that I shouldn't share them but this video has proven my theory wrong!
Brilliant! Thank you! I know all these, techniques, but you covered them so precisely! What an inspiration. I need to get back into jewelry making! Thank you!
Hi Carol, your video is again brilliant; the instruction & knowledge of jewelry making is always facinating~plus you always make it fun!! hopefully will get started. still putting away beads, (ordered another shipment of storage boxes, etc. (after watching tons of other videos from other designers; tonight, unsubscribing to most~yes they are knowledable, they lack presentation~~you are so gifted!!
My love, you are an excellent instructor and an inspiration to me. I have learned quite a few things from you. Thank you. May you and yours enjoy a very Merry Christmas and a blessed New Year!
I liked that!!!¡ "im gonna make another one cuz i have 2 ears" so hilarious and made my day... those buble gum pink ones are top of the chart... so beautiful...
First time I watched your tutorial, I subscribe,, I want to learn it from you, ma'am,, I want to know more ideas about your tutorial,, 🥰, I love the way how to make it clear,,,
Thank you so much, Bhabes. I really appreciate the subscription. Welcome to the community. I have plenty more for you to watch and try to do a new tutorial every week.
Thank you so much, Mary. I'm glad you found this one useful. I am most of my videos at beginners so you should find lots of projects here to get you started. I suggest that you watch this one next. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dcEQ3SV_pyk.html
Oh hello...thank you youtube for the recommendation. Instantly subscribed 😂 going to send my mum this upload in case she isn't already in your audience, all the best from Scotland 😁❤🥰
Thanks for this great video. Hope you are well and living life. Take care and yes you have the best video for making loops. Kirsten D. Ontario Canada ❤❤❤🐢🐢
Hello, Kirsten, it's been a while! Lovely to get your comment. Thank you so much. I appreciate your comment about the loop video. I thought long and hard about that one as I wanted to give you the best possible advice. Carol
Really beautiful earrings and a great tutorial, but it’ll take a bit more time than 5 minutes. I already made a good few earrings, but I’m definitely going to make your flower bell earrings!
It has been a long while since I've seen your channel. It never disapoints! I will be attempting to make this bracelet. Can I put a few beads and/or charm? I look forward to hearing back. Have a Blessed Day!
Hi, I'm a bit confused by your comment saying that would make a bracelet on an earrings tutorial. Are you talking about something I'm wearing in the video? Also, if you want to see all my tutorials, make sure you subscribe and click the notification bell. That way you will notified when I upload something new.
Thank you, Lesa. I most often use a 20 gauge half hard wire for most components that I make. If you struggle with a 20 because it's a little thick, you can go down to a 22 gauge. If I am making wire wrapped loops I sometimes use a 24 gauge or a 26 gauge but I would never use those gauges for a simple loop. I hope that helps. You might want to watch this video where I talk about making loops. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dcEQ3SV_pyk.htmlsi=QAcx8P0ZXp-HheU_
Wow what a sweetheart you are and how professional! Thank you for making my day! Love your cute accent (Aussie i'm guessing?) Have been making jewelry for 30 years (specialize in Steampunk/watch jewelry) You have a wonderful way of demonstrating your craft! Thank you! Best from me to you! DangerousDebs
Great video! Loved the ease of these earrings. Really good for beginners like me. Have you restarted sending overseas now? And to Australia? Thanks for your really clear videos 😊
Hi Jacqui, thank you so much. We have negotiated postage rates with a new courier, we are just waiting for them to hook up their system to ours so we can start sending again. Must say, it's been a frustrating process. I will post on the community tab when we restart and also, if you sign up for our emails, you will be notified as soon as we start again. We honestly can't wait. Thanks for your support and your patience. Carol
Wonderful tutorial! One little hint, when showing something closely you may want to zoom in against the white background instead of your hand. The detail is a little harder to see when it’s in your hand. Love your videos!!
Having all the supplies is generally the issue. For me it's choosing the color palette as each set or piece I make has meaning... 😊 thank you for sharing
@@The_Stylish_MakerI do not own an online store but have enough beads to open one if I want to. I do not. I enjoy creating and making. The selling part annoys me. I tried once a long time ago to sell things online. I gave up on that and decided to devote myself to just learning how to create. :)
Yes, selling can be an issue, especially on platforms like Etsy. I'm working on a video on this. Will probably be in the New Year though before I get it posted.@@argrover4210
@AffordableJewellerySupplies I bought a book and there are videos out there but the real issue is if people are willing to pay for your work and or if they value it. 🤔 I think craft fairs are good as is Amazon in limited as they tend to fee you to death so you have supplies, creating, making, taxes, fees, and in the end for myself, it's better to see it as therapy rather than a living. I would starve if I had to rely on my Art. 😉😘
@@The_Stylish_Maker That's great! I found some through an online search, but if you're up to sharing your resources, I'd love to hear! Great tutorial by the way -- such beautiful designs 😀
Hi Kathryn, the spring cage beads are to put a bead inside, just as I've used them. I also used them in my blue bracelet where I just used a bugle bead inside in this video: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-1Ugnx7B7MWU.htmlsi=j890TeTJQ4nah53K
What is the best wire thickness to use (in mm) when you make something like the loop earrings here? Is it necessary to buy jump rings, or can I just bend them from the same wire?
Hi Rebecca, I generally use a 20 gauge (0.813) or 21 gauge (0.737) half hard German style wire for making loops. If they are wire wrapped loops I go with the 22 gauge usually as it's a bit easier for me to manipulate. You can absolutely make your own jump rings. You just need a bail shaping plier like this one: amzn.to/4cheDZf
Hi Chris, thank you for your comment. If you want a slower, step by step instruction video, you can see all of these projects in their own videos on my channel. This was more of an overview of the 8 pairs of earrings.
