I’ve found that the #1 ingredient in most brands of lemon pepper seasoning is *salt*!! Mrs Dash makes a no salt lemon pepper seasoning or you can make lemon pepper seasoning using a dehydrator for the lemon peel. Read the label of lemon pepper! I love it and thought it would be a great salt substitute for grilled meat and then I read the labels!
Sodium does not need restricted you are painfully confused guys... If sodium is the tipping point that means you need to reduce gmo and simple carbohydrates and get more active, not reduce sodium.
I respectfully disagree. Heart patient's and kidney patients need to stay away from salt as it has adverse effects and can be detrimental. I know as i have both conditions.
