i also learned a way that if you draw a big x then put the c top middle and thhe b on the bottom then you find what adds to get c but multiplys to get b

Thanks!! But remember you can only use this when a=1. You can use the AC method or slip and slide method when "a" does not 1. The intro video on my channel shows this method

Factor out an X squared first. You're left with x2(24p2 - 24x2 + 6). Factor what's inside the parentheses

how about with 4 integers? For example, 8xsquared -18z -10 = -26?

You'd add 26 to both sides so all terms are on one side. Then you'd factor by grouping

Yes, because when you add them you get -10 but when you multiply them you get +16

Yes it is. As long as you have the correct sign in front of the correct number. If one of the factors were possible you must have a plus sign.

Hi there, unfortunately that expression cannot be factored. If you were solving you'd have to use another method like the Quadratic formula

You want the 2 factors of 16 to have a sum of -10. -2 + (-8) has a sum of -10 but when multiplied equals 16. Hope this helps!! 👍🏾

Sorry, not really but a trick is to just start dividing "c" by the highest number you think it'd be divisible by. Also, if 'c' is positive and 'b' is negative your 2 factors must be negative..
