It's 2021 and I looking at creating a form for a Final Room Inspection. Thank you so much. This was really helpful. I found some of the other host would talk too fast and it was difficult follow without them using the magnifier feature! :-)

Larry Snow -- Your depth of knowledge is awesome! Just want to create a simple Wordpress site that collects customer info in exchange for a valuable book. Could this be done with just Wordpress & JotForms & nothing else I have to pay for? What else would I need besides JF & WP in order to accomplish this goal?

Sorry Nadim, I wouldn't know as I don't use SharePoint, however, I did find this link that may help. Scroll to the bottom of the page - www.jotform.com/answers/2278121-Using-Microsoft-Flow-to-create-PDF-file-with-submitted-data-in-Sharepoint. If that doesn't help I'd suggest reaching out the JotForm help desk.

lol yes that's what is was. But i just deleted the whole thing and started over. Once you accidentally place 2 of them on your page, there is no way to delete them. Thanks

Hi Leslie - yes. Once you have collected emails to your Mailchimp list, you can send a campaign email through Mailchimp to everyone in your list.

@@readyalready27 You'll need to make the connection to Mailchimp in the form settings. Once connected emails will be sent automatically to the Mailchimp list.

Unfortunately, Jotform removed the ability to have sub-users for forms in 2018. The only way now is to upgrade to an enterprise-level account.

I don't believe so as the spreadsheet needs the correct column name. Of course, you can always export the data and change the column names to anything you'd like.

From the myforms page, when you hover your mouse over the form, click the More tab in the navigation that appears, from there click View Submissions. From the submissions page, in the middle page there are Download As choices.

Yes, you can by going into settings->Email notifications and setting up your email address to receive a copy of each form when completed.

Hi Larry! Thank you for this content. It's very informative. I just have a question though. I created a dummy form jus to check if it'll work. I had put two fields for email, meaning the responder should provide two email addresses. I tested the form, I answered it myself. So I put two of my active email addresses - Email A and Email B. I found out that I only received a copy of my answers in my Email A (I entered this to the first email address field) and I didn't receive any copy of my answers in my Email B (I entered this to the second email address field). I thought maybe there's something wrong with my email addresses; so I answered my form but this time, I entered my Email B to the first email address field and Email A to the second email address field. This time I was able to receive a copy of my answers in my Email B and did not receive a copy in my Email A. What should I do so I could receive a copy of my answers to both email addresses that I provided in the form? Why is the copy only being sent to the first email address that was provided in the form? I hope you could help me. Thanks!

Hi Joy - You can add additional notifications and autoresponders under the Settings section of the form. In notifications, you can select an the additional email in the reply-to. In autoresponders, you can add the additional email as the recipients email.

@@LarrySnow Hi Larry! Don't worry. I got it working. Thank you for your help. I bumped into a different issue though, after typing texts in the form and publishing it, the characters got scrambled and some appear like codes. Example, the quotation marks or apostrophes will appear as &#39. I reached out to Jotform support to aso for help, they said they were html entities. But didn't help me with how to prevent and fix it or tell me what's causing it. I hope you could help me. Thank you so much!

Hi Joy. Did you copy and paste from Word or a website? Sometimes the formatting from copying from either will carry over and may appear as ascii code (i.e. &#39). Before you add your text content into JotForm remove the formatting by using a Text Editor (PC or Mac) or type the content directly in the text section in JotForm.

Hi Hector - Inside the Form builder, click Settings, click Email from the left navigation menu. On the next page you should see notification and autoresponder, click the trash bucket next to the autoresponder. Confirm the deletion.

Inserting code into a Jotform? Sounds like something maybe Zapier could do? I don't know off hand. Best bet is to ask Jotform support.

Gracias por el video Larry. Deseo hacer un formulario con 5 páginas. Que WIDGEET o que complemento necesito colocar a mi formulario para que me permita estar en la página 1 y según lo que seleccione en las opciones pase a la página 3 ó 4, por ejemplo. Lo necesito para una escuela: si estás en 1° grado y te quieres matricular en 2°, que la opción de matricularse en 2° me lleve a otra página para seleccionar SALA A ó B. Desde ya muchas gracias por las ayudas de siempre.

Hi Larry, thanks for this very helpful video. Do you have any advice re saving progress and returning? Have followed the advice here ('Second parameter method' which involved creating 2 forms, the first being the 'session ID') but it's not saving form content when we test it.
