Don't believe that Turmeric causes weight loss. We Indian 's are using it from eons and none of us are lean. A pounch is common in men by 40 and a tummy and bum is a common site in women. Turmeric is good against inflammation, and may have anti cancer potency. But please don't fall for weightloss by turmeric. One more thing is you should add black pepper in powdered form for better absorption of the active component of turmeric - curcumin.
@@TheSingleParentGuide Amandas are you serious? Did you really get that result? Problem is a few said this and another few said that, so does this product really work?
I've never noticed any improvement when taking the cap form but, the Qunol liquid worked as well, for me, as celabrex without eating holes in my stomach. Thank you for taking the time to make this video. Much appreciated.
I just came across about the benefits of turmeric powder and what it really does for me that I could not have imagined. I'm using this turmeric over two years now and I gained energy and losing weight at the same time and this is an amazing remedy. ..😊
I have as well, I realize the turmeric is beneficial for many things. It per Se; woke me up. The increased energy is phenomenal. I’ve been using my above concoction since July23 and along with a completely different diet I’ve lost 90 pounds. 😁Turmeric along with other natural remedies have allowed me to stop taking cholesterol meds, BP med and 3 other chronic meds. What the maker gave up upon this earth is all one needs. point taken ✌️
I also bought Qunol at Costco after sampling it at an in-store demonstration. After about 3 weeks of use, I noticed some serious weight loss. I'm a male and have always been heavy - about 250 pounds. I drink a lot of soda pop and figured this contributed to metabolic syndrome for me. But after about 3 weeks of using Qunol, my shirts and pants were notably looser. I've actually dropped from XXL to XL in my shirts and am now wearing shirts I haven't worn in 5 years! I just bought my second bottle of Qunol and will continue taking it to see how much more of a difference it will make for me. I still drink several servings of soda pop each day, but I'm drinking more water and am consistently walking 10,000 steps a day. I started wondering if the Qunol was contributing to my weight loss so I started looking it up online and that's how I found this video. So far I'm a believer. I think it is regulating my blood sugar better and helping me drop some weight.
I do what you do,but I also add some cocoa and a half teaspoon of coconut oil for the fat. Also,I have added more pepper, because I've acquired a taste for it
Hello I just saw your video and the reason I bought this liquid was because I’m experiencing really excruciating arm pain and feeling swollen around the elbow. I’m in my second day of the turmeric liquid but I will now start to make the tea maybe I will benefit from it more in tea form
I get a package of tumeric with cinnamon and black pepper - Delight Teas Brand called Ayurvedic Golden Milk Blend and already mixed ( and then I add more black pepper and cinnamon and then a little maple syrup.
THANK YOU for saying tuRmeric instead of tumor-ic the way so many people mispronounce it. The first syllable is like the word "term" not "tomb" it's such a huge pet peeve of mine.
IRRELEVANT...doesn't matter the spelling/ pronunciation Folks want to know if this combination of items are effective. That's the focus, who has tried this combo and can say they have lost weight.
Thank you so much for these informative videos. I struggle with my weight due to PCOS. Hopefully I can incorporate these suggestions and get some great results.
I purchased this Turmeric before seeing this video, I have it in my OJ and breakfast ( Eggs , and Turkey Sausage) . I am going to try it in the tea. Thank you !
I was going to order this Qunol product but there is not enough comments about losing weight. I see all types of comments but only a precious few talking about losing weight. I'll do more research for myself.
question: I've heard that you don't need to add the pepper if you're consuming turmeric daily, your body will absorb the curcumin either way, is this true?
I read that Turmeric causes the gall bladder to purge it's stored bile. To your knowledge, how does turmeric affect those of us needing to lose weight who are also dealing with gallstones? Thanks!
I didn't trust the powders, so I have tons of fresh turmeric & ginger. I make Golden Milk daily (just started a few days ago) and I've been using turmeric & ginger in cooking most days. I'm making lentil soup as I listen to this. Yikes, I've got turmeric in the lentil soup (carrot, onion, garlic, sweet potato, red bell pepper, paprika, EVOO). Will the simmering of the ingredients doesn't kill off the benefits of the turmeric? I should add some fresh ginger. OK, I took the soup off stove and added some more fresh turmeric and some ginger. I'm gonna give it 10 minutes and then blend with stick blender. Since I've been using the ginger and turmeric, instead of taking my 5 mile walk, I'm running intermittently for a total of about one of those miles, running. I'm not overweight, but probably could lose a few.
Thank you for taking the time share that! I love lentil soup! To the best of my of knowledge, I don't believe it will destroy the benefits. Kudos to you for keeping up an active lifestyle along the way!
I use turmeric with curcumin twice daily in a tea that I brew to calm down my skin which itches insanely from SLE Lupus. I also use Quercetin twice daily for the same thing, and the itching is gone 🙏 for 5 days now, I know it seems short but I was itching to the point of drawing blood and my doctors had no solution for me. Which makes me mad but that’s another story for another day. So, my turmeric tea: 450 mg Turmeric powder and 50 mg 95% curcumin, pinch of black pepper, 1/4 tsp coconut oil. Thanks to you I will add 1/4 tsp ginger and cinnamon each. I put all of that in a mug and pour boiling water over it, steep 10 minutes and sip. I do that twice daily, sometimes 3. Before I started the Quercetin I had to make more cups of the Turmeric tea because the itching was still happening but not as bad as with no turmeric. And I also used Benadryl for about 5 days and that reduced the lupus itching but I wanted a more natural product which is why I searched and found the Quercetin. But the benedryl does work too so it’s good to keep on hand for my condition. I went back and forth with boiling, not boiling the turmeric powder, and I decided on a near boiling temperature. So that’s what temp I use. Not that it’s the topic you were discussing, but I think it’s pretty awful that doctors specializing in autoimmune diseases have not made the connection between mast cell disruption and the autoimmune illness. I connected those dots when out of pure agony I popped a benedryl which I had on hand with the far out hope that it would make my skin calm. When it did, I realized hey, this is a histamine problem, and down that rabbit hole I ran, not disappointed. 🐰🥕🧡
I too have autoimmune disease which makes my RA really hurt. I am looking for something natural instead of doing Aleve for the pain. I was wondering if you mixed Turmeric with coconut oil and made in to a lotion / or something you can eat.. I know the black pepper helps it get in to your blood stream but coconut oil is a good fat, and your skin is also your largest organism. I have used cbd oil like that and it instantly takes the pain away. I’m just looking for the best and easiest way to use it.
@@ajlang9668 Articles say that you can buy a Turmeric micro-emulsion for joint and muscle pain, but that applying turmeric directly from a home remedy will not be effective.
Yes, adding erythritol instead of stevia, for example, is simply irresponsible. But the harmful erythritol is cheaper than stevia or monk fruit, that’s why they use it.
Every evening I take 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1tsp cinnamon & 1/4 tsp of ground clove powder. In a 2 oz paper cup I add all the above and fill the little cup 3/4 full of virgin olive oil then stir it until all is mixed together. Great for many things. Bon Appitit
Again powdered forms of these items are not completely the real thing. People need to learn the FDA allows for other items to be used as fillers like ground plant items etc. Most of that jar is not turmeric or ginger! Also in America what we have for olive oil is mostly other oils used as fillers. Just look it up your not taking what you think you are taking.
Ciao Dott. Arsalan, Thanks for the Video, ok questions, beside Qunol Liquid Turmeric (I am in Italy) what other brand would you recommend? as Qunol Liquid Turmeric (also not available in USA Amazon) so please let me know what other brand would you use, thank you very much.
Turmeric is full of oxalates, and it is not good for somebody on blood thinner. It kind of makes your blood thinner not work and I think that’s important.
Not everyone's body responds or reacts the same. What works or is good for one person may not be the same for another. I've been taking ozempic going on a year and had no problems or side effects. I've gone from 198lbs to currently 143lbs.
Do turmeric supplements curb beard growth? I know that when applied topically they can. I started taking turmeric for my hair, but stopped because I’m trying to grow a thicker fuller beard.
@@ArsalanAspires Does this tumeric tea also help with stronger blood circulation in the lower body organ? as you said having it with a FAT helps it absorb in the gut into the blood stream.
Leptin is NOT the hunger hormone. Yes, the obese have more leptin circulating in their blood stream, but they have bocome leptin-resistant. Therefore, all that leptin is not causing them to feel satiated anymore. This video unfortunately confuses leptin with ghrelin, which is the hunger hormone.
Hope I can clarify. Leptin and ghrelin are two hormones that have been recognized to have a major influence on energy balance. There are other factors besides them too. In a perfectly working body, ghrelin tells us to eat so we don’t starve and leptin tells us when to stop, but unfortunately it is not always that black and white. Ghrelin usually is at its highest right before you eat, and its lowest about an hour after a meal, but there are exceptions to this.
It all about what you eat, how much you eat, and when you eat. The key to weight lose is eat healthy foods like fruits, and vegetables, and give time between meals before eating, with a active lifestyle. If you are constantly eating you will have constipation and bloating issues.
@@lisak423that’s what I was thinking too, even if you heat it ( coconut oil) up a little then add it to it. A little heat and the fat should make for a great mixture.
I shared this under a post but will repeat it here, powdered forms of these items are not completely the real thing. People need to learn the FDA allows for other items to be used as fillers like ground plant items etc. Most of that jar of powdered turmeric or ginger is not the real thing! Also in America what we have for olive oil is mostly other oils used as fillers. Just look it up your not taking what you think you are taking when you use powdered forms. Also most of those drops are worded to trick you. Just buy the real thing and incorporate it into you shakes or diet in other ways.
Unfortunately there isn’t enough research to say that it does or to say that it helps GERD symptoms. Anecdotal reports say that turmeric worsens their symptoms of acid reflux, while some say it helps.
@@knoname1092I think if it’s mixed with black pepper is the main reason some can’t take it. I was thinking of taking with coconut oil- just heat it up a little then add it. It could be added to food or in a shot glass or something?
The product your pushing is stupidly overpriced here in the UK its £60 thats over a £1.20 a shot. People here cannot afford that when They can buy organic turmeric powder for £7 that will last 6 months. This makes my daily golden milk using coconut milk with black pepper a great way the get the full benifets of what turmeric can give you. As for weight loss that has yet to be proven
