I just wanted to say, Um Actually, sushi IS indeed traditionally eaten using your hands, there is even a correct gesture/manner in which you hold your sushi. With two fingers on the topping, and yoyr thumb holding the rice. You dip the sushi topping first, so you wont sprinkle any rice on the dipping sauce, and you eat it with one bite. So, eating sushi using your hands is actually the more traditional/elegant way of eating sushi, than the chopstick. Why? Because sushi used to be street food, and you eat it kind of like hotdogs, since they used to make them big and chonky. Until we meet agaaaiiinn!!!!!!!
