The lunch lady thing is so stupid. I remember one time that I wasn’t hungry during school so i didn’t want to take a lunch that day. So I went to just sit at my table. A few minutes later one of the lunch ladies told me “please take a lunch even if you don’t eat it. If not enough kids take a lunch, they’ll fire one of us” and I never got up to get a lunch so fast.

A reminder that only one rule of chivalry was about being respectful to women. The rest was about proper battle etiquette. So if you don’t hold the door open for a randomly lady and she say’s “Chivalry is dead” then you better correct her by bashing her face in with the hilt of your sword and scream “FOR THE HOLY LAND!!!!!”

I can get quite annoyed when I see caged birds. Birds are built to fly, and they're usually locked up in a cage so small that they can't even flutter.

Pretty sure that almost ALL Frozen pizza brands state you need to REMOVE the wrapping AND CARDBOARD before putting it in the oven. As a dietary assistant at the nursing home if the boss caught you giving free food to the employees that didnt pay youd be fired. They throw away over half the food everyday and when I brought up "if we cant eat it why cant the homeless?" She yelled at me about stealing from the government.

We used to have recycling in my area, but then they shut down the local recycling center because of budget constraints. The organization that managed the recycling center had someone doing stupid stuff with the finances, it caused several of their establishments in my area to get closed down because there was either not enough in the budget for them or someone mismanaged something and bad stuff happened. So yes, that is mildly infuriating; and has been for some time now.

Something similar happened to me, but with Sprite instead of Cream Soda. I went to Florida for thanksgiving last year, and I left my Sprite on the picnic bench while we watched the sunset. For the lunch lady part, that type of stuff really boils my blood. Like ah, good ol' U-S-of A, firing people for trying to feed kids in schools who can't even afford meals. I still think it's ridiculous that schools force kids to pay for their own meals. Here's the thing, I understand you want kids to learn how to pay for their own meals and that's fine, but here's the stupid part, schools take this to the extreme to the point where kids are going hungry and shit, like really? Like seriously? Another hilarious part I just "love" about schools is that how they always never take any responsibility for anything that goes on. Either when a school shooting happens, they either blame the teachers like somehow teachers have some sort of magic powers to prevent the school shooting or blame the kids saying that they "shouldn't be there" whatever the quack that means or worse when kids kill themselves because of intense bullying that schools knew about but ignored because "it's not their problem." Or like in this case, making kids go hungry because the schools are either too lazy or super cheap in not giving kids a god dam meal. I feel bad for the lunch lady, it's people like her that shed the light of the bull shit how higher ups act and feel towards their workers and kids that are at THEIR school, and how they literally don't give a shit about the safety of kids or even their workers. And people claim schools here in the good ol' U-S-of A is perfectly normal and nothing is wrong, yet it's videos like r/Mildlyinfuriating that sheds the light of the bull shit lol.

I have my own theory about what happened to the hummus. It was probably picked up by someone who later decided they didn’t want it, then they just dropped it off somewhere not refrigerated. It probably sat there for a couple of days then someone reshelved it back with the others. You see this kind of thing all the time. It’s why Walmart and some other places have a policy of throwing out perishable food that was misshelved or taken off the list at the register. At that point it’s considered compromised and not fit for sale.
