A more laid back day, my lack of a plan is catching up with me and so all I wanted to do today was get to my route crossroad in Trondheim so I can decide what to do next. I’ve followed a road recommended by Marianne who took me in last night, fed me stew, pulled out some maps and showed me her favourite places to ride in the area.
After re-visiting the Atlantic Road to enjoy it in better weather, I followed the 680 through beautiful autumn forests and along the quiet coast, before joining the busier roads into Trondheim.

Good luck Liz! You took me back to my Norway trip back in 2016 where I rode over the Atlantic bridge also. I did it in September and enjoyed 18 degrees weather when I reached Nordkapp :D. Norway is stunningly beautiful, but I remember the feeling of "me, my bike and I" while on those endless ferries. Ride safe and enjoy yourself!

Maybe try to hold the camera mount for a but to steady it when you hear that noise to see if it goes away, maybe it’s the wind rattling something?

Do they worship the devil in that red church? Ha ha had to laugh at that tongue in cheek comment 😂😂 Looks quite complicated to get around in that area on the map although you make it look easy. Shame about that bin spoiling what would have made a great pic. Pizza looked very appetizing with the rocket topping. Your little flat mate looks nice and relaxed in your company. Obviously recognizes a doggy person😊 Not missing much back home in the south of England, plenty of wind and rain here in Winchester this morning. Nice update Liz cheers.
