I’m vegetarian and don’t actually have an issue with this, it’s just factory farms that I hate. Good on you for doing this so respectfully and making sure the animals don’t suffer unnecessarily, great cooking too. I wish more people cared about where their food comes from

I’m vegan and fully support this too. Natural way of living is a balance between things. I’m against factory farms and i wouldn’t eat animal products ever, but i do support your lifestyle. What i dont like is seeing clips of people hurting farm animals (either on the farm, during transport or when being “processed” just because they hate their job or think it’s okay to take agression out on them. Respect my friends is the way to peace.

I'm a rabbit hunter. I use rifle instead of shotgun, but I like the stalk and skill of it. I probably don't eat as often as you because of it, but what can I say. That's my method of choice. I don't mind the animal lovers who make comments against the hunt. I disagree with them, but I kind of get it from their perspective. I love a good productive rabbit hunt and I love the fact that someone taught you the ethical hunt. I also understand that some folks just can't stomach the idea of hunting their own meat or especially if they truly won't eat it. What pisses me off is the ignorant idiots who think it's okay to make comments attacking your family and/or your character. Who gives them the right to judge that? "Please don't kill Thumper," I'm totally cool with. "Your dad turned you into a monster?" Fuck that guy! Don't listen to that shit. You're doing right by yourself and your family. Nice hunt, kid.

Just like hunting here in AZ except where I hunt there’s a lot more cottontails and only a few jacks. And that’s what I shoot too #6 for rabbits n quail and #7.5 n #8s for doves.
