I have used RacingDiffs LSD conversion kit for some amateur rallying for 2 seasons on my E46 and so far it has been flawless. I just change the diff oil every 1000km and haven't had any problems.

Personally, I would rather compare it to at least €700 Wavetrac or perhaps €0 open diff with eLSD.

I have a LSD Conversion Kit from you installed on my e46 330i Touring. I have the problem that even on wet road, when i want wo exit a corner in a powerslide (2 or 3 gear Corner) the inner wheel starts spinning hard (no clutch kicks etc, just applying the throttle). Sometimes when I stay hard on the throttle it even makes a booming noise from the Diff. But when I initiate a drift through the steering and then very gently step on the gas, the differential locks.

What oil you use? Thats main thing you can use non ls oil to get more grip to it but it will (eat it faster)

well I ordered this kit for my e36 (small case) and didn't get the central pin. Is it something that I had to get and was forgotten or it wasn't included on propose. And I have a strange problem that on higher rpm (5-7k) this lsd kit "unlocks" and I do 1 wheel drift, but as soon as I lower the rpm and give it a little bit less throttle I continue the drift with both wheels. What do you think the problem is? Thanks.

Cetral pin is not included in the set for 168mm differential as the distance between large spider gears is big enough. From what you say, I will stiffen rear suspension and ARB. Also, you can add a bit if toe out on the rear as well.

You nicely showed the friction plates are hard enough not to get shaved by gears but what about the gears themselves isn't it the same but you rather destroy the gears to preserve the plates? If there would be a special coating on the gears or some kind of extra plate attached to the gears I would trust this product.

Yes, there is. There is a nitrated layer on the surface. Also, the hardness of plates matching the gears so there is no wear.

Da li može na e90 320d 177hp ? Mislim znam da treba da se proveri dimenzija diferencijala ali jel može da se koristi za svaki dan da li cepa gumu pri malim brzinama?

Imamo set na stanju za taj model, nema potrebe proveravati dimenzije. Set je osmisljen da bude idealna solucija za gradsku voznju, tako da nema nikakvih problema sa zapinjanjem na polukruznom okretanju i sl.

Is it the same as a lock right? Seems so for me.. How does it work on automatic gear? Is there any pushes during shifting the gears?

Actually I would say it is even more essential for FWD cars. Once you experience benefits of LSD you can never go back to the open diff.

Hello i ordered lsd kit for psa be3 gearbox what oil recommented to use ls or non? (i only use total oils on psa gearboxes) i have total traxium 8 75w-80, or do i need to change it total dynatrans da (ls) oil 80w-90 Thx

Now that I’ve watched it more, you got scammed. Phantom Grips aren’t universal, and they don’t make any BMW LSDs unless you count the 2 they make for Minis.
