I know you have the numbers after drilling certain angles. How much difference is the Hitter with a pinky hole?

not too much, they are small holes. a deeper hole could start driving the diff down a little on pin-up layouts, but if you only drill it as do as you need, it should have very little effect.

Would a 3-ball league setup of Outer Limits, Zig Zag and Deadly Rattler work, or does this have too much overlap in coverstock?

should be ok, be sure to keep surface on the outer limits to keep it separated from the zig zag.

Thanks. You mean, don't alter the box finish of the Outer Limits? I love the HK-22 on my Zig Zag and am looking for a step up for earlier in the set. If I keep the box surface on the OL, is it enough of a jump or is the Hitter a better call?@@BowlingBuckosh

OL as a smaller step up (and a bit smoother), Hitter as a bigger step up with a bit more shape than OL. Box finish is fine on either, just keep the surfaces freshened up as they lane shine.
