I had cramps in my calves in the middle of the night that were so painful I was screaming on the floor in pure agony. Rafael handles this well. The pain from muscle cramps like this is insane. F&ck you haters. This is sheer pain.

I used to have them as well. You just wake up in the middle of the night to tiny gremlins trying to carve their way out of your calf from the inside. I usually end up doing the slow slide down the side of the bed and have my back fully arched in just pure agony for a minute straight. Haven’t really had any since I started making a concerted effort to do deep, long, calf stretches multiple time a day.

See. The first thing these journalists are taught is reporting the newsworthy thing. If A is shooting B infront of a journalist, they are told to film it or picture it or at the worst case write about it. They were never told to stop it. War journalists dont stop war. They just report it. Professional journalists never ever try to help people suffering. They just report. And if u want to help some one, just go and help them.

Easy for you to take on the media everytime instead of the millionaire athlete. Everyone in that room had a job to do and they were doing it. Even Nadal knew that much and that's why he said sorry because he was not able to answer their questions. If you're any smarter, you would know that if not for media coverage of these athletes, they would only make a fraction of what they make.

The other day I was squatting very heavy.. Legs were fine. 2 days later i go for a bike ride come home and... CRAMPS!!!! Holy shit i have never felt anything like that I put my pillow in my mouth and screamed like a baby. They lasted very long and kept coming back everywhere on my legs but the most painful one was on the upper parts of my glutes right under my butt. I know what this guy is going through... he's actually handling it pretty well if those cramps are anything like what I felt today.

In freak accidents/cases like that, I reckon yous should be awarded a win..(like it's quite obvious you were winning at that point, but then some freak accident that is out of your control, happens).. Muscle cramps due to intense physical exertion are extremely painful. There have been likely many scenes like this over the years, but they happen in locker rooms after matches, not in the public eye. Only the athletes out there know this pain. A true side effect of professional sport.
