Sydney Central Station was alive with historic transport during the Queen's Birthday June Long Weekend with newly restored locomotive 3526 making its main line debut on the annual 'Great Train Race' with 6029. Other events happened too during the expo such as a ride on the LVR's CPH Railmotor around the goods line, a rare opportunity to the public. We also see the two steam locos in action as they've provided shuttle trips between Sydney - Hurstville and we take a ride on the historic double decker buses provided by the Sydney Bus Museum. All here to give the Sydney public a blast from the past!
